Privacy notice
Your face, your data.
This is how Mindhub (a business registered in Malaysia with SSM) looks after your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we keep
- Your details: name, phone (WhatsApp), email and state.
- Photos: skin-scan selfies, look previews, and before-and-after photos from your sessions.
- Skin results: your skin type and scores from each scan, and products or services matched to you.
- Booking history: what you booked, when and where, what you paid, and any notes or allergies you tell us.
Why
- To book you in, confirm and remind you, and take payments.
- So she remembers your skin, allergies and favourite looks next time.
- To send aftercare tips, and to tell you when she's coming to your state if you asked us to.
Your photos and skin results are kept only if you tick the box agreeing to it. We never post a photo of you publicly unless you say yes to that photo separately.
How it's protected
- Photos are encrypted when stored and are never available at a public web address.
- Your My Glow link is private to you. Don't share it.
- The AI that reads skin photos is provided by Google (Gemini). Photos are sent to it only to produce your result.
- Payments go through a licensed Malaysian payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details.
How long
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for business accounts, with your name removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Send a WhatsApp message or email to her with your name and phone number and "delete my data". We'll confirm within 7 days. Deleting removes your photos, skin results, notes and alerts for good.
